office hours by calling us at the number listed above. Please be
aware that some dental procedures require time considerations and
secondary appointments will be made with that in mind. If you cannot
keep your scheduled appointment, please give us 24 hours notice so that
someone else may use that time.
As a courtesy, claims will be submitted
to your insurance company for services rendered. All co-payments,
over and above insurance coverage, are due and payable at the time

MasterCard. Upon your request, our staff will make specific financial
arrangements with you through a Care Credit©
plan. A 10% discount is offered for full payment at the time
services are provided. A Senior Citizen discount is also available.
